GC's can be like Genmini twins: there is the field and then there is legal reality.

These are high-end commercial linoleum which would normally sell for $75 - $100 yd^2 ... and since the original customers are frequently hospitals, medical clinics, day cares, retirement homes, the linoleum tends to be more "fun" than the hordes of vinyl sheet that tries to look like stone, wood, something-else.

I have focused primarily in RE/municipal/corporate law and I think I have a fairly strong background in the contract side of things (purchase and sale, leases, etc.).I come from a family of plumbers and contractors - my dad owns and operates a remodel company and I have a couple of years experience working in that field prior to law school.

Americans always want to have their cake and eat it too, and this is just not possible, It is very clear to me that these companies need a new business plan, the government needs to create an equal playing field, and the union needs to become more flexible.
