As stated, I've familiarized myself with different parts of the country for different reasons, (Army, commercial fishing, love of outdoors) and I've been listening to the BP podcast for a while now. 

As always, hope everyone is well and healthy.I recently listened to BP's latest podcast about maintaining relationships and how important they are to building wealth/connections.

I would suggest myself to listen to the BP Podcast (all episodes) with a notebook next to me and write not only EVERY RE book but also every business related book suggested!

I have begun listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts from the beginning and I am have just finished Show 11.

After listening to BP podcasts for the last 3 three months (I thank the quarantine for that) I finally became a member of BP!

I’ve studied, read, listened to podcasts and watched webinars.

After reading as many Bigger Pockets books and listening to podcasts (by Brandon Turner and David Greene) as I can, I’m excited to finally get started and bought my first duplex in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania while living in California.

I have been watching the BP Youtube videos, reading the education section, forums, and listening to podcast.

And any time I can listen to anything I’m listening to podcast on real estate.
