I have recently moved to Steadley Insurance Company for my rental properties as my insurance broker found they were cheaper than Liberty Mutual Insurance which I have had in the past. 

It sets you apart and actually gives clients something of value rather than simply seeing them as a wallet to get into.  

With rates as they currently are, I'm looking for every angle to get the lowest rate possible, and from what I understand, credit unions can offer rates slightly lower than traditional banks. 

Also, if dealing with the Insurance co. is taking you away from other profitable endeavors, the cost of the adjuster may also be less of an issue.As to how to find the Attorney and Adjuster that will require some work on your part.  

However the website is less than helpful and intentionally made so to create delays.
