They will split the classroom, to have smaller in class sizes and utilize online platforms for full class participation.

I am going to begin testing it out myself just wanted to check in with anyone with experience with the platform as well.

@Travis C Brown I'd suggest focusing your attention on rental listings on different online platforms, reaching out to sellers and negotiating a lease option with a sublet clause  This will likely get you started with a property that would/should not need a great deal of work. 

Can someone who has used the platform them know. 

As in, I'm not going to bother telling you how I came up with this number, but it looks nice and fat so that you'll be suckered into buying it then wonder why you don't make any money.If you can find a wholesaler who has legit comps that will land you at 80% ARV after you're done working, you've found a gold mine....be prepared to fight with other investors.

@William Manzie I’m not going to look up what those lines crossed out are, but....you can typically get a seller to take a financed offer with a strong legit preapproval (DU report) but no one is going to make it contingent on you selling your house. 

Where can I find software/platforms that offer comprehensive info on markets, such as population growth, economy, price to rent, crime, projected apprecation, etc.??

The e-recording platform I use is only licensed for use by attorneys and settlement agents so unfortunately, even if I were to share their info, you would likely be unable to use the platform. 

The Regs provided some safety net, confirming that our interpretation was legit.

If they can't afford insurance, they are not legit contractors and you don't want them working on your home.
