I'd guess it may take you a year or two to build the practice back up to where the former practitioner had it, unless he/she was being totally lazy and was passing up business.

Too often I get people who are working with another agent calling me because their own agent is too lazy to show them a low end property in a rural area and they want to waste my time with a showing so they can write a contract with someone else.Secondly....loyalty goes both ways.

😂The main problem with any kind of regulation is that enforcers either aren't given the power of judgement and common sense, or the enforcers want to take the easy/lazy way out and abrogate their responsibility when they are permitted to make judgement calls.
