You have too many full time jobs going on. 

Sure if you plug vacasa into it they will do worse than what you can do because they don't give a flip but if you find a good local manager (I use Hyatus Stays) you can find they will do much better than what you can do because it's their full time focus and job.

On any given week there are 50-150 contractors here doing short term jobs. 

Take care of anything that needs to be done to your condo while you're advertising the vacancy and showing the unit to prospective tenants.If you get a good, tidy tenant -- which you can verify if you have an opportunity to visit after the tenant has moved in -- you may be able to advertise the unit near the end of the tenant's term and get the tenant to show the unit.

Most of my capital came from private, hard-money lenders and other friends and family who could see the opportunity in single family homes in our markets. 

I think the job would take a solid 3-4 days to complete, but the family doesn't really take vacations and I don't want to pay for a hotel for them to stay in during the time that job is done - even if they left, the amount of stuff to work around is troublesome.  

Metal roofs are highly recommended and should last for a long time I'd want everything to be gone form the old roofing and everything inspected properly before the job gets started.

I'm asking because they offered me a business opportunity to partner with them, I tried looking the company up but can't find any info on them other than when the company incorporated, they aren't even registered with the BBB.
