I had a few questions on what I can claim...1- I had to buy a new truck...my car wasnt cutting it and my SUV wasnt big enough either so I got a big truck2-lawyer fees--closings, advice, contracts etc3-insurance on all my properties4- home inspections5- utility bills ie trash water gas electhanks in advance

I read that if it was occupied that the person can live in it during the right of redemption free, then my lawyer said no, they have to be out in ten days from sale or they forfeit any redemption rights.
