Honestly, I have not logged into their website in over a year as I have learned more through direct interaction with more experienced investors in my area, including finding hard money lenders.Yes, this is one of my first posts, but I have been reading and following for some time and want people to be fully informed.

So don't worry about your car and impressions but do focus on what your interactions tell them about you.

Thanks too for your input I love the interaction I am receiving on BP, its giving me like minded people, and accountability I have not had in my short RE life.

It's a great place to learn and interact with others with similar interests.

Im lucky to work in an interactive office environment for a private company, where I have the ear of some successful operators.Everyone learns differently, but without the working experience I now have (and continue to compile, every day), my path to operator would surely be a bit longer. 

Tenants are going to be wary of their interactions with a property manager, because that’s the person they’ll be dealing with.

Just think of who interacts with you in your local 10 mile radius. 

Wait wait wait.It depends on the business.If you own 20 proprieties and you are just managing your companies all inclusive... you don't deal with tenants or clients and it is all internal, sure use your home address.BUT, if there is any marketing involved, and interacting with strangers,.... of course don't use your home address.People are messed up, I mean look at me.
