One quick opinion from you - with the way the Orlando market looks, if you were in my shoes would you prefer to invest in a small multi-family, or a single family like a 3/2+ and rent out rooms individually?

The intent to spell out in vague terms any discounts, concessions, incentives, or credits is to have it apply to all items that the LL includes in the rent or any discounts to the rent because to spell out each individually is not feasible. 

Additionally, in mobilehome parks the buyer of a mobilehome must negotiate the rental price of a space with the management while simultaneously purchasing a mobilehome from an individual in the park.

I have flipped 1 house and currently have 1 rental.I have pondered the idea of starting a group/joining a group on individuals that buy rental properties.
