I believe in humans overall self interest to go work and buy stuff. 

I'm currently a junior in college in the Human Resource Management program. 

Wholesalers too are human and can miscalculate or some unfortunately even often under estimate.

Mostly because it's literally the polar opposite from anything I've ever done (or my body has ever done).

I try to tell as many people I can about how great this site is.The more we spread the word the more it grows with people connections and bodies of knowledge.

To obtain proper assurances that the property is fully compliant with applicable laws, codes, and regulations, including zoning and subdivision ordinances, contact the local governing bodies with jurisdiction over the property.

Volunteer (if possible) for you local Habitat for Humanity or other volunteer programs where you can spend time with tradesmen.

Their mother is still alive and all four of them made the decision to give the property to us after Habitat for Humanity could not accept the property as a donation. 

Several months later, after having done that routine many times, the sheriffs found his body, in his one room cabin, and in it were coffee cans filled with hundreds of thousands of dollars!

As humans we are hardwired to remove ourselves from things that are unfamiliar and scary.
