The heat map on PropStream shows it in the yellow so about medium growth.

I would also check all the insulation and heat tape to make sure they are working. 

A lot of the research I have done seems to point to what yo mentioned about the corridor between San Antonio and Austin heating up lately.

We've got gas on the property so the cost to heat it in the winter months shouldn't be too bad.All that being said, does anyone have someone in either trade that you've worked with and strongly recommend?
