Does anyone know of a meetup group in Newark NJ where newbies can learn how to start investing in property; flip and or wholesale?

Should we form a new group?

Also I had previously emailed the owner our groups credibility packet making it clear that I was a serious buyer and not a service provider or agent.

Sounds like you've got your bases covered.Couldn't hurt to join a few of the facebook groups for networking as well'Charlotte real estate investors' and 'hobby millionaire charlotte' are two of the biggies

They were all placed, as a group, into the National Register as historic buildings. 

Your local real estate investment group might have good people to answer questions as they come up.

One is with a Turnkey property sales and management group.   

But once that street of dreams is paid off, and it can be done MUCH more quickly than most people would imagine, all sorts of things can be done with a little group of unencumbered properties like these.
