Entry into any form of building consisting of rooms, apartment, and inside of the building need to be controlled in such a manner that it provides access to only those who have approval.

Luckily there was plenty of room in the budget for my mistake. 

We recently rented for change of employment, and I had to show proof in writing from owner for their files before they would let us put cable in another room.  

Kind of like what you might see in a storage room, garage, or workshop.Even if the wiring is up to the code and passes muster, I would be concerned about the aesthetic issue that may turn off potential tenants.The bigger issue here is the use of an FHA loan for a rental property.

The new buyers just asked me if they can move a dining room table in and they will be fully responsible for it.  

They did the demo and addressed the mold and bio hazard for just a few grand.

It is generally assumed that rehab money is best spent "plumbing rooms."

It needs new carpets for all bedrooms and the living room and floors for the basement It doesn't have a refrigerator either.

The house was also a 2 bed 1 bath, one of the beds had no closet, no furnace, kitchen gone, bathroom gone, 650 total sf, tiny living room, asbestos siding, shed and garage are dilapidated, vacant lot/easement next door with electrical wires and poles going through it.
