House is closing next week...

My first rehab & flip is closing next Wednesday (on the sale side)!!  The new buyers just asked me if they can move a dining room table in and they will be fully responsible for it.  Should I let them?

I don't see much of a problem with it but my grandma who has been realtor for 200 years said to never let a buyer in the house unaccompanied.

What do you think?

thanks!
