You taught me about sellers, buyers, legal, tax, marketing, there is no way I could have learned this in school.

I’m currently in grad school (physician assistant program) which requires we don’t work, the more I research, I really think the Nebraska market could be awesome for investing.

After a few years, I learned a lot, but decided government wasn’t for me and went back to school full-time for my MBA.

(Nice part of town, near the best schools in town, but most of the homes were built in the 80’s)We purchased for 104,500 using an FHA loan in my name only because the fiancé’s credit has not been build to where it needs to be yet.

I'm currently a college student, and I have decided that I want to house hack after graduating.

Many work in the school system, health care, municipal workers, unionized employees.

Don’t be surprised to see anywhere from $200-300/month per door for all three taxes (county, muni, school) depending on property type.(3) Always check how much the current assessed value is on a property that you’re wanting to buy.  

I would file in small claims court for a judgement, then turn collections over to a newly minted lawyer out of law school to do collections for you. 

(one with a good school district and good neighborhood, wink wink).  

I'm a college graduate (May 2019) and have plans on attending graduate school (PT or PA) within the next couple of years.
