This is one of the best networking/ learning platforms on line today.

In that F neighborhood I have literally heard gunshots every night for nearly a month, seen people conduct drug deals and advertise/offer drugs in broad daylight, gamble in the middle of the street (again in broad daylight), children younger than high school age running the streets truant, endless fighting and domestic violence, etc.... you get the picture.

It is a bit like gambling, millionaires don't do it so why should you?

Gamble had this listed with a licensed professional at $265k for quite some time (see MLS history).

I agree, Redfin is the best MLS alternative platform IMO. 

Great idea of investing out of town, you will find loads of deals right on this platform from other investors.

Your research is thorough; crowdfunding platforms want "quality" deals with experienced sponsors.Before deciding to create and utilize my own in house crowdfunding platform, I checked the possibilities of utilizing an existing platform.  

Curious to know what other turnkey providers or anyone who sells homes uses for their platform? 

I'm looking for some tips...or mane just a social platform to share how unhappy having to do this has made me feel.

If you have a larger portfolio or have properties that have a subsidized tenant is you may want to start looking at the larger platforms, Boston Post, Yardi, Onesite.
