I added seriously HM after COVID did a job on my working cap business that told me to be more diversified next time.I share in Jerryil's frustration from this standpoint for sure.

I am 17 years old and just graduated from high school with a gpa of 2.3 and have been very frustrated on what path in life I should take.

. $1,500 was their first offer which was probably made in the heat of the moment when they were still angry and frustrated about the huge inconvenience.

The most frustrating part is I spoke to a customer service rental property specialist at USAA and the best reason she could provide is that the rebuild calculation comes from an algorithm based on over 50,000 contractor inputs.

There is nothing more frustrating on moving day than not having toilet paper!

The reason I say this is so that you do not get frustrated if the initial months are not as booked as you hope. 

Then refi in a couple years and get more...or then step up to a MF.Seems like you're trying to start in the middle instead of the bottom, no wonder you're frustrated.....relax and be patient, you're still really young....

I really do not want to give up on my real estate investing dreams and but I am getting a bit frustrated right now.I listed it as a whole house, 6 guests allowed, with 3 bedrooms, one queen bed on two bedrooms and one twin bed on the third room.
