But my grandparents were fortunate enough to be financially secure.

It would save a fortune compared to my rent and it's cute too, but with me, the boyfriend, the dog, the cat and the turtle, it would be a really tight squeeze.

I was fortunate to have a mother and father who constantly told me, directly and indirectly in thousands of ways, that I could do anything I set my sights on and could achieve any goal at all with hard work and perseverance.  

It wasn't planned, I just fortunate.

I, fortunately, have a lot of choices in terms of which lender I want to go with...So they can go fxxx themselves if they insist on that request....I just wanted to know if that is a out of place request....I dont want to be un-reasonable...

And being that I bought in the SF Bay area and in Portland Oregon I seem to have been fortunate in timing..
