@Lorenzo Gonzales in my own opinion he target audience is not real estate investors, he targets people that want to play is safe, pay bills, keep their job forever, and then when they retire SURVIVE on half on half of what they earned at the job or less.If you have read rich dad poor dad by Robert Kiyosaki then Dave Ramsay would be the poor dad lol
