I am currently a registered nurse in NYC and this summer i started taking an online course to get my real estate agent license to get more hands on experience in the field.

I am extremely excited about all of this, and I am sure I will be asking a lot of dumb" questions while I learn how to be successful in this field. 

I want to hear more about this field of wholesaling.

It is a job in the real estate field, like a real estate agent or broker.

I went back to work in a related field, to get more skills and to really go all in.

I've been networking in the Finance space and have found that folks in my field have been extraordinarily receptive in these unusual times.

This doesn't mean I condone slimy landlording, simply that I like to start with a balanced playing field in investing.

Good overall knowledge to have and something extra in your arsenal but, in my opinion, it's certainly not needed to do very well in this field.

Once I know what the priorities are I typically get quotes from professionals in each particular field.
