Currently I was just crowd sourcing to see if there were any mortgage brokers in the Denver area that people actually liked?  

We are looking for some good advice on how to structure ourselves as we move towards our next steps in our portfolio, and transition our real estate investing from a side hustle to our main source of income.

Let me give you a couple of potential sources that may help.

Zillow is not a reliable source for their estimate nor the sale prices they list for recently sold properties.

A part of me wants to do a rent to own and keep it one single family 4/2 house and have the downstairs tenants go upstairs to cook food, and just rent it out for him for market rent which is about $2,400 and then give him his $1,200 plus some extra and keep the rest.
