I do BPO's (Broker Price Opinions) for banks, which is just essentially pulling comps and putting them in a report.  

Renter's insurance is essentially like a Homeowners insurance policy for someone who does not own the home by the fact that it protects their personal liability anywhere in the world and offers other coverage for their own personal property and various other available endorsements.A "Landlords" policy is for the "Landlord" or the person who actually OWNS the property and it will protect that owners liability regarding anything associated with that location AND offer coverage for the home/structure itself, which the "Renter's" Insurance will not cover because the tenants have no "Insurable Interest" in the property since they do not own it.

So say I am not "accredited", though end up saving $5,000, am I eligible to essentially invest in a RealtyShares portfolio?

Generally wholesalers who have no idea what they are doing, as sort of in this case, the process of trying to sell a note to the end investor is essentially throwing stuff against the wall to see if it sticks.  

Essentially, once enough has been acquired that I can hold a property but still have capital to purchase the next flip property, that first will be rented and held.I am looking for a couple different things...1.

It's an old saying for a good reason.When doing your outside work at your current job you are essentially stealing money. 

They can essentially lend to whomever, and however, they want.That's not to say they don't have underwriting guidelines - but they do have more flexibility and can use a little more common sense in evaluating the big picture.

That said, I hadn't really spent much time considering becoming part of an investment group, as it struck me as being essentially the same thing as my stock investments - profitable, but boring (to me).
