Just be sure to get one that gives a credit, criminal, eviction check. 

Hopefully if they are as dumb as the average criminal they will be caught.

It would be great if the people that are taking advantage of COVID get criminal charges filed against them, hefty fines, something.

Their view and what they prosecute people for is that you cannot be in the business of assigning contracts without a license.

Why any of these guys are listened to with anything but disdain is beyond my comprehension.Respectfully,Gary   In America (left wing narrative), there's always self-generated issue that's almost always 'man made', such as these "global warming", or "animal cruelty so lets not eat animal product" or "same toilet for every gender" while they are ignoring the very first problem that people facing like "rising criminality" and "rising violence in highschool".

Then you get the tenant's credit check, criminal, eviction reports.  

@Craig HormesI have had several Section 8 tenants over the years and have learned a few things.My properties are always really nice so I expect them to be taken care of.I always pull a background check, including criminal and evictions and call all references, just as I would with any tenant.

One of which is Transunion's Smartmove, which offers credit/background/criminal type checks.
