I create my own LLC all the time. 

I don’t want to make the mistake of setting up an LLC or S-Corp too late and running into problems, but I don’t want to deal with fees and a ton of paperwork for a business that isn’t creating income yet.

There is a plethora of lenders one can do a deal with, but I'm looking for an asset based lender who is fast, reliable and has excellent customer service.

@Kaliya Nikole I would be happy to chat with you about this as @Doug Pretorius has described has created a nice niche for me and brought me some great Rent to Own deals that I funded myself as well. 

I would be really interested to find a site that has information about where businesses are planning to expand and how many jobs they will create. 

He was explaining to me that he can't loan money to me personally, but since I am a business owner, he can loan it to my company, or i can create company for this purpose.

Let's say they manage 7 properties for a local investor with a rental range of $900 to $1200/month per unit - the reality is that they may put minimal effort for your business, versus much more effort for someone who is a significant local customer at a notably higher price point.  

Not all HMLs are created equal.
