I would be foolish at the rate he gives me not to take him up on it; I just do not know how to leverage the property to buy another one.

So the property I bought had previous termite damage and we are having it repaired and treated however.

The house upstate would be my primary residence and i do intend to live there. 

We have people that apply that we reject because they do not meet the criteria. 

I'm a big fan of doing that and am house hacking a duplex I bought last year right now. 

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

@David Georgeson understand that you are frustrated, upset and basically looking for a scapegoat.Unfortunately, no PMC that knows what they are doing would be responsible for this.How do you realistically expect a PMC to keep someone from breaking into your property and illegally occupying it?

It was mentioned by my insurance agent in the past.
