I have the 40 foot Carver scheduled to leave next monday for Panama city marina.. will use it for the summer and sell it from there.. then more property!

Degrees seem to be losing some of their prestige and the kids who are showing up in the work force (in my area - IT) are not as prepared as the previous wave that I have worked with.With that being said, my son will start Community College this summer.

A typical 2bd Mesa condo that costs $50k-$100k to purchase that is nicely furnished will fetch $100-$125/night during Spring training and peak (non summer months).
