Whenever I find a job or opportunity in Austin, I plan to move there.  

I think it might make more sense for me to continue to rent my current apartment due to the conveniences and being able to walk to work versus moving into one of the units in the multiplex as I had originally planned.

Just a questions since this comes up frequently on these forums: why in earth do you care about cash flow if you’re buying a $600k property all cash?

Some base their decisions strictly on numbers and do not care about the area, while others are okay with a lower yield but focus on the city and even specific neighborhoods.
