I get 1% when KW  buys and 1% on the backend when KW sells the property.Probably might work for light rehabs where there might not be quite enough meat on the bone for a flip or something that is borderline.Regardless, would like to meet up to see if I can bring some value to wholesalers in the area whether it is through KW Offers, submitting offers, providing MLS data, providing RealList data or providing some access to FSBOs and Expireds via TheRedX.

Although I believe that the exam is not particularly difficult as long as you pay diligent attention to the material it is something that you definitely should not take lightly. 2) You should get an early start researching the different brokers in your area in order to determine which one will suit you best when you do become licensed.

State laws are pretty clear on this regarding it being unlicensed brokering, and anyone trying to tell you differently is either trying to sell a course, or is brand new and completely ignorant on the topic, or worse yet just took one of those so called "courses"When will it end?

The renter was just overall disrespectful of the space and took advantage of things where they could there's a lot more to it than that but I'm trying to keep things short, Ish.I have a folder of basic House Rules like a lights out time and we all should be aware that sound travels, basic stuff.But one particular thing that urged me asking her to leave was I came home from a real estate job around 2am to a pot on the stove that was at a rolling boil and a pan in the oven, meanwhile she is asleep.Going off this it makes me feel like I need to put a rule down for every little thing even though it seems common sense not to leave cooking food unattended.Does anyone have any advice for some house rules that they have created that they would like to share?
