Are they developed lots or do you have to put in curb, gutter, sidewalk, utilities, road, etc.?

Now an investor comes along who is sniffing  out a personal profit off of the loss, and refers to her as a mysterious squatter on a public forum asking what the best way to kick her to the curb is?

Generally, that would be clean out and improve curb appeal.

We agreed to let one tenant out of her lease early because she's way under market rent, so this gives us a chance to boost it by like $300-$400/month.
