The other ideas I have is to (1) get cell towers for the building as its taller than the surrounding buildings and has great line-of-site (2) offer signage to either billboard companies for the roof or on the side of the building.If you have experience or information on courting cell companies, billboard companies and what they may add to the property bottom-line, please chime in!

I can't promote myself a FL Mortgage Broker on this site, so instead, if I were you, I'd look for something like a Stated Income ALT investor loan in the mid to upper 4% to lower 5% range on a jumbo loan at 75% ltv on a 10/10 arm, 300/240, no escrows and no PPP.And remember, use other people's money to make money!

We have an automated system using some coding applications (self made) to generate leads from various sites, coupled with help from some VA's.Once the data / lead list is created on a spreadsheet/google sheets, we pull into Freshsales as our CRM.

We do not utilize any lead generation services like Thumbtack or Homeadvisor because the ones looking for quotes on those sites only care about who is the lowest.
