I own a retail plaza in Atlanta.

Combined, there are 22 beds and 8 bathrooms. 

I had one tenant (who typically pays months ahead and is paid through April) tell me his retail work has cut his hours.

It’s a 2 bed / 1 bath historic home near central Phoenix, AZ.

Online crowdfunding platforms started giving a huge group of retail investors access to loans secured against real estate.

If you can think in 5-10 year or more plans, you will be safe from the erratic behavior and have build a foundation to weather all the storms that will keep coming.We are in for a wild ride with so many things: personal and commercial mortgages and rent, brick and mortar retail, restaurants, job market, oil market, real estate, etc.

4-plex is located in the Fort Lauderdale area, It consists of 2 duplexes facing each other, each unit is a 2 bed/1 bath so 8 beds and 4 baths in total and is each unit is being rented for $1500 a month Lot size is 0.25 acres, zoning is RD-15 and land use code is multi family 10 units or less I was thinking of building two more units on top of each duplex once our economy stabilizes of course!
