In all of those cities, you can find single family houses between 400-500k with 4+ bedrooms and 2+ bathrooms.

Only complaint for price I can see is the 1 car garage and only 1 bathroom.

From the looks of the company match if I max out at 8 percent they essentially match 6 percent.
