We viewed a property listed on MLS yesterday that I'd be very interested in - but for the right price.  

If it is not owner occupied, you can still get a line of credit, however it will be viewed as a business using the property as collateral and rates will be higher.

We will be announcing some great funding news in the next month regarding our new lending division which I think will be certainly viewed as innovative.

The agency i mentioned above did this for me and arranged the viewing trips.
