I remember the basement being very wet a moldy and electric needed updated ( we have a lot of knob and tube wiring in Pittsburgh) The 2nd floor unit only has one form of egress so I believe you would need to build a fire escape out back ( can just be wooden deck and steps) I believe there is already a deck) That and the structural issues and there’s a lot of brick that needs re pointed and some fascia work.
