Start getting to know what properties investors are buying in your target area and what their criteria is.You can find investors in your area through local REIA meetings, Craigslist ads, bandit signs posted in your target area, a city search here on BP or any other way you can think of.

Hey Guys - By now, all of you surely have your Keyword Alerts set up here on the site (if not, check out this tutorial).A few members noted that they didn't want to get alerts for ads that were posted in the Marketplace, so we've added an option to the system that will allow you to stop those alerts from reaching you.SCREENSHOT BELOW:Just check the box next to "Hide Alerts from the Marketplace Forum" below your alerts and you'll no longer get notified when someone posts in the Marketplace with a keyword you're following.We hope that helps some of you out.And again, if you don't have your Keyword Alerts set up yet, they will definitely help you network, engage, and learn, so get them loaded up!

These types of agreements with the investor can be a little ad hoc, you can let the investor earn the interest on the escrow funds, provide they agree, which will help offset the holding time, even for the 10%, you would have a return to calculate.

1) I have my Google Voice number forwarding to a cellphone I bought2) I have (50) bandit signs with that number on it3) I have an answering service4) I used the Google Voice number on my BiggerPockets account, a Classified Ad, a Wufoo form for bird dogs to submit a house, and my website.......So, when you Google search the phone number... it basically pops up with my information online.I deleted each form that had the number, but it still is available in the search.I'm waiting to see if it wipes over the next couple of days.Here's my question:Should I change my number so that it has no ties back to me?

As far as I can tell, there is no requirements that the ads only be seen by accredited investors.
