I will say this tho, I have been seeing alot of price reductions the past few weeks, so maybe the market is starting to settle out, but only more time will tell.

It would be mind boggling on just how to build a printer that wouldnt topple over from the weight of several dozen stories of concrete in it.

If your investment strategy is buying hold and the numbers look good to your cap rate or whatever rate of return you're calculating on, then you might try to be conservative and consider what a 25% reduction in that would mean.

It would be great if you could "Weight" each action item as to importance so your could be focused; but it is better to take action and do as many as possible.
