The unit is on the first floor and in is located in the back which the window views are of the cars that park (their tailpipes) and the side windows are of a wood fence.

@Yanis P.Here's your hint in terms of your own numbers you needed to do:(number of houses built the last 15 years)/(total number of houses built since 130 years ago)=percent of minor repair jobs(number of houses built the last 20 years)/(total number of houses built since 130 years ago)=percent of major roof repairs or percent of re-roof.These numbers works with wood shakes, asphalt based, and concrete slates.
