Funny that the property is vacant and woods on the window.What does it mean??!

I bet someone from your neck of the woods will have a name of a company that prices their work to fit into investment paradigms.

The unit is on the first floor and in is located in the back which the window views are of the cars that park (their tailpipes) and the side windows are of a wood fence.

Sean and Aaron mentioned that instead of looking for matching wood for 10-20 plus yr old hardwood floors, just level and recarpet that room which isn't unusual.

@Yanis P.Here's your hint in terms of your own numbers you needed to do:(number of houses built the last 15 years)/(total number of houses built since 130 years ago)=percent of minor repair jobs(number of houses built the last 20 years)/(total number of houses built since 130 years ago)=percent of major roof repairs or percent of re-roof.These numbers works with wood shakes, asphalt based, and concrete slates.

But i was wondering if you'd replace a solid wood doors for the hollow ones if the hardware needed to be updated?
