I wanted to test NestEgg, so i setup one of my properties for rent collection on NestEgg.

These areas pass the tests given in the book however there seems to be a grey area with crime rate.

Super easy test and at minimum it lets you see houses whenever you want.

I just went ahead and got my GC license since i already had the developers which requires bond and insurance.. test is dead simple for those that are real estate based its 90%  lien laws etc.. took me maybe 35 minutes..  

However, if the market is solid, month to month could be a great way to "test" out some inherited tenants.

Rest assured: it will be put to the test over the next 12-24 months.Your sales contract should have specified that time frame in which all pertinent documents were supplied to you. 

I got tested and was negative, but the test results took 13 days and since I had started the two week quarantine two days earlier, my quarantine ended before I got my results back.

I've replaced a few GFI outlets on 14/2 that cooked & sparked due to high wattage microwaves so an a/c would be a good test of your circuit.
