FHA LOAN FOR MULTI IN LA

Hi fam,

I'm a self-employed looking to buy a multifamily (3-4 unit - is the goal) in greater Los Angeles area(LA and/or San Bernardino county). I'm trying to get a FHA Loan.

How much income should I record as a taxable income to get approval for $600(+/-)?

I’m planning to leverage my down payment - but able to put down up to 5% Down.

Thanks Fam,

YS
