With some spare time over the holidays I started seeking additional resources to help grow in 2016 which led me to here.I have spent the last few years flipping houses (in Prince William County, Woodbridge area) but I'm starting to look more towards buy and hold.

To add to Charles Parrish post, you should be a little loud about your deals, self promote.

I had a conversation with a manager at Charles Schwab and I was under the impression I could pull the money out and return it within 60 days with out penalty.
