You will need to subdivide the lots through zoning to be able to sell it separately.Check with your city's zoning website.  

What you read off where the actual codes that where violated, these could be check on the City web Site to get what the exact problem is.

I've aggregated my city's designs and infrastructure off their website and now I plan on tracking average selling values by neighborhoods.This is the best way I can imagine to build trends but if there is a better or easier way of doing it or if there was already an automated tracking system out there somewhere, I'd love to hear it.

I've been browsing around the website as well as watching a few of the webinars and several podcasts since I've signed up, great stuff!  

From what I gathered on the town  website it sounded like it was what the town though the property would sell for.Plymouth Property Values

@Paul BoccellariWelcome to the forum BP is an amazing website if you use it and take action on what you learn. i have only been really active on here since january of this year and the amount of things that have started to happen are unbelievable within such a short time.

I told the wife I am going to look that house up on the county website and see who owns it.
