Ask the pm for a showing report and comments from the showings, ask for current pictures of the property, Have them take a video walkthrough of property and street.

If the bank offers free or really cheap personalization of the card, put a picture of a house on your business debit card

I’m a big picture guy; and my strengths are in execution towards an end state, not necessarily in the details that go into acquisition or sales (that much I’ve learned so far).Since being exposed to real estate about two months ago (stumbled across a book) I’ve been pouring over everything I can get my hands on to shorten my learning curve and ultimately decide what it is I’m interested in.

For a project of this nature, I would never recommend hiring a civil engineer unless they are very dynamic otherwise they will not see the bigger picture of the project, and usually aren't established to take on a project of your type with many other non-civil disciplines.
