I am potentially meeting with a person selling a beach condo in my local area and if I do secure at the very least a meeting with the seller I was just wondering what type of questions I should have prepared? 

Second, I needed a few environmental surveys and permits by both the state and county due to the location (I have a beach front lot) and there is a protected animal that lives in the sand dunes.

u just gotta get into your first one and then from there other opportunities will open up  I live in st louis and bought a beach short term rental in destin Fl that was expensive  but it took me 13 years of navigating and building and learning to get there  time is wither working for you or against u  there is no standing still  but it doesnt happen overnightIf you dont find someone to help u.
