Account Closed Good point, but you can get around that restriction by simply buying the properties in your own name then putting them into land trust(which avoids due on sale issues) and then assigning those trusts to the individual cells of the Series.

I only use high quality fixtures on any unit that I feel more than a single individual will be living in, flooring is LVP or hardwood, and full plywood cabinets only.

For example, a party (theassignor) that enters into a contract to sell a piece of property can assign the proceeds or benefits of the contract to a third party (the assignee).Is this wrong?
