One of the things stressed in Coldwell Banker Previews (upscale marketing) training is that many wealthier people do NOT like pictures of their Realtors or other service providers on marketing materials.Lower class and middle class sellers were fine with photographs.

Usually they would reply yes and then I would tell them that many RE investors that were flippers/renters used wholesalers such as myself and would then proceed to try and breakdown exactly what it is we did and how they benefitted.The only problem is that since I think many had never heard of it, that it was just some way to take money from their pockets by being a middle man.

For example, if half the homes in an area are short sales and half are retail, they appraise my home in the middle although my properties are beautifully rehabbed and definitely not in the middle.My lenders are investor-friendly and their appraisers do a much better job with the appraisals.

(We do have a type of government school system as well, but I do not know anyone who goes to those - I think it is mostly just a scam to waste taxpayer money.)One of the things about Asia is that, except for the Middle-East, the rest of us are generally very concerned about the education of our children.
