Hi Ethan,a) Not crazy, if you can navigate all the regulatory stuff.b) Honestly I do not know a lot about this one. c) It's relatively rare for a condo conversion to be sufficiently successful on paper that folks can get Agency 30YF loans on it, which dings value significantly. d) What folks have been doing with short term rentals in the bay area has knocked my socks off.
