I currently have one property in Statesboro my college-aged daughter has been living in that I will soon convert into a rental.

I went to college in 2002 knowing full well that I wanted to LIVE EAT SLEEP BREATH real estate!

For example "I'm an eager college student with some spare time on my hands and would love to assist you any way that I can so that I can learn from you."

I currently teach some college classes online, and own a small business selling jewelry making supplies on Etsy.

Very inspiring.I stumbled through college, went to art school, became a successful commercial designer.

I want to learn more and create a business plan, and hopefully network with others.My long-term goals are to build my business enough to at least have enough per month from my properties to pay for my son's college tuition (he's 6 now).

My goal for now is to learn as much as I can about real estate so I will be able to make smarter decisions when I start investing, hopefully in college.

I am a 21 year old college student who will be graduating in one year!

I am recently new to REI's and will be a senior at Augustana college next year.

Would you suggest going the college route or building relationships with already established investors?
