Hi all,

I just found the site and joined today. I'm a relative beginner to real estate investing, and I live in Spokane, WA. I have 1 rental property with a $150/mo positive cash flow and I'm looking to learn more and add to my portfolio.

Right now my focus is on education. I want to learn more and create a business plan, and hopefully network with others.

My long-term goals are to build my business enough to at least have enough per month from my properties to pay for my son's college tuition (he's 6 now). And then after that, to fund my retirement.

My full-time job is as a Practice Manager in Project and & Portfolio Management. I've got some background in negotiating and marketing as I've also owned businesses in years past.

I'm looking forward to meeting folks and learning as much as I can. I am also more than happy to share what little I know - and I will continue to share as I learn.

Best,

Amy
