What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This is all I do, and essentially most of what I talk about across the 550 episodes of BiggerPockets Money with @Mindy Jensen.

Let me summarize this for you again, I am not seeking a legal advice, I need hand holding to confirm I am reading the semantics of the deal properly !

However, these are the best numbers I've seen in a while in this market.

I think the only state that has this carve out.So this is a very sophisticated scam..

I'd also like to hear a solution to this question.
