There is an Air Force base there and that will help with having people coming in and out of the area looking for places to rent.I just bought out an investment property out of state.

Main things I recommend would be grass cutting, snow shoveling for apartments, air filter changes, hvac check ups, lead paint inspections and associated licensures and work to get certified, and rental inspections along with associated licensures and work to get the inspections to pass. 

Is there a single person trying to keep 10 frying pans in the air and if that person leaves, the whole operation crashes (or something like that)?
